LOCAL PARKS: Norfolk Heritage

IMG_1290

Recently Wills and I have been exploring some more local parks, I never realised before I had children how much time I would spend at the park!! We go to our local parks at least three to four times a week, if its just for an hour in the morning or afternoon the park seems to creep into my week a lot. Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind going to the park but after a while it can get a bit tedious, but Arabella enjoys it so I don’t mind really. One day sometime soon I will get to be one of those mums that manages to sit on the park bench and just watch as their children play for what seems like forever on their own having fun! For me however, I think I have a bit longer of getting on and off the climbing frame, helping Arabella get on the next thing she wants to go on!

A couple of weekends ago we explored Norfolk park which was new to us, it is a massive park, with play apparatus for both older and younger kids, buggy friendly walks, a football pitch, woodland area and I think it also has a nice quiet walled garden but we missed this bit. Oh and it also has a cafe although I can’t tell you want the coffee is like as we didn’t go in. I was really impressed with Norfolk park, its clean and has a good variety of things for kids to play on, although it is a drive away its not far for us and there was lots of parking.
